Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online through our website. If you’re unsure whether your order was submitted, please contact us at hello@burbabyco.ca so that we can look into it for you!

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible so once you've placed it, we're typically unable to make amendments. However, if you have any changes or cancellation requests, please email our support team at hello@burbabyco.ca with your order number and we'll do our best to make any changes!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Discover, Paypal, Google Pay, and Burbaby gift cards as method of payment.

How do I use a promo code?

To redeem a promo code, enter the code at the checkout page and click “Apply”. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other discounts.

I am ordering a giftbox, can I include a gift note?

Of course, simply click “This is a gift” and contact our customer support team with your order number and gift message at hello@burbabyco.ca and we’ll take care of the rest.

I'd prefer to talk to a person to order, is that possible?

At this time, we do not offer phone support. To contact our customer service team, please email us at hello@burbabyco.ca

Shipping

How much is shipping?

All Canada orders over $100 before taxes qualify for free standard shipping.  For orders under $100 the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Where do you ship from?

Packages ship from Calgary, AB

What are your shipping options?

we currently offer shipping through canada post and UPS.

Do you offer local delivery?

Unfortunately, not at this time

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

When shipping within Canada, we estimate your package will arrive 5-7 business days after the order was placed. If located in AB, local pickup is an option that can be selected at checkout

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the United States except Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are shipped via UPS and cost is calculated at checkout. Items shipped internationally are subject to import custom duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties, should they occur.

Returns

What if there is an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@burbabyco.ca, and we'll take care of you.

How long do I have to return an item for credit?

You have 14 days from date of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Contact our Customer Care team at hello@burbabyco.ca to initiate a return. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed.


Please note Return labels must be purchased at the customer's expense.

Can I return sale items?

Items from our sale collection and discounted seasonal products are final sale.

Items Returned Unclaimed

If items are returned as unclaimed, please reach out to us at hello@burbabyco.ca and we will look into the matter. Please note that any refunds issued will be minus the shipping fee.

How Do I Recieve my Credit?

Once your return is received and processed, your credit will be sent to your contact email in the form of a gift card. The amount given will be the total amount paid for the items minus the shipping and handling charges.
